    • Network Security consulting with an emphasis in vulnerability assessment and mitigating attacks; host, application, and data security; administering a secure network and wireless network security; business continuity; and risk mitigation.
    • Business consulting services focusing on business and technology strategy and operations, security of information, project tracking and reporting, standards and procedures, business process improvement, and corporate branding.
    • Launch business websites with a range of features including WordPress multisite environment, ecommerce, membership, directory, online newsletters, crowdfunding, and content management. Websites launched with advanced security and full backup with 30-day retention.
    • Provide fractional IT services focusing on technology implementation and support, dedicated server management, backend database configuration and integration, and data migration.
    • All aspects of technology infrastructure and business continuity for a MLM startup. (Zilis – 2015)

    American Airlines - Consultant, Senior Programmer

    • Authored first technology strategic planning initiative for AA Reservations, as well as first Service Level Agreement (SLA) for technology support in the 5 AA Res Offices nationwide.
    • Project Manager for first WAN between the 5 AA Reservations Offices and DFW HQ.
    • Database Administrator for SABRE’s first SQL Server Technology offering for travel agents.
    • Created business plans for options scoped at $1M – $5M. Accountable for Capital/Operating Budget for projects – research, RFI/RFP, business case, negotiation, and obtaining approval.
    • Negotiated and managed upgrade of system-wide Call Center Management software for 5,000 reservations agents in 5 call centers nationwide. This was a $2M project.
    • Developed financials and business case for technology required for a Corporate Software Usability Test Lab. Project scoped at $1.5M and cost savings the first year exceeded $3M.
    • Implemented the first source code version control system for the STIN division, resulting in 50%+ reduction in duplicate code within the first 6 months.
    • Generated acceptance of internal programming and technical documentation standards consistent with Microsoft standards.
    • Project ‘Firsts’ Involvement: first internal intranet for technology project management in SABRE; first online Help System for intranet targeted for corporate business travelers; first Windows platform for SABRE Travel Agents; first EDI capability for SABRE; incorporate first GDS protocol with MS Windows.
